Purpose of the processing
The personal data provided by guests are collected and processed for the following purposes:
• management of the reservation and the stay
• compliance with legal obligations related to the registration of guests with the competent authorities (Police Headquarters – Alloggiati Web)
• administrative, accounting and fiscal management
• communications related to the stay (check-in, assistance, useful information)
Types of data collected
The following data may be collected:
• name and surname
• date and place of birth
• nationality
• number and type of identity document
• residence address
• phone number and email contact details
Processing methods
Personal data are processed using paper and electronic tools in compliance with the principles of security, confidentiality and protection required by current legislation.
Mandatory nature of data provision
Providing personal data is necessary in order to complete the stay, as it is required by Italian law for the registration of guests with public security authorities. Failure to provide such data makes it impossible to proceed with the check-in.
Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations and administrative and fiscal requirements.
Communication of data
Data may be communicated exclusively to:
• public security authorities (Police Headquarters)
• fiscal and administrative authorities
• technical service providers necessary for reservation management
The data will not be disclosed.
Rights of the data subject
At any time, the guest may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:
• access to their personal data
• rectification or updating
• erasure in cases provided by law
• restriction of processing
