These General Terms and Conditions govern the reservation and stay in the apartments managed by Hello House.

Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation from the online booking system or through written communication from the property. By making a reservation, the guest fully accepts these conditions.

Prices
The prices indicated on the website and on the booking engine are expressed in euros and refer to the apartment for the selected period and for the number of guests selected at the time of booking. Additional guests not indicated at the time of booking will be subject to an extra charge.

Payments
Payment methods may vary depending on the selected rate and will be indicated during the booking process.
Payment may be made through:
• credit card
• online payment via secure link
• advance payment by bank transfer (if made with sufficient advance notice)

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is generally not included in the reservation price and must be paid separately upon arrival or through online payment at the end of the check-in process.
The amount is determined by the Municipality of Limone sul Garda.

Arrival time must be communicated to the property in advance. In case of arrivals outside the indicated hours, the property reserves the right to apply additional charges or to agree on alternative access arrangements.

Guest registration
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document as required by current Italian law. The data will be registered and transmitted to the competent authorities through the Police portal “Alloggiati Web”. Photocopies or photos of documents are not accepted; minors of any age must also have a valid identity document.

Number of guests
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons indicated in the reservation. Any additional guests must be communicated and authorized by the property.

House rules
Guests are required to respect the house rules and maintain respectful behavior towards the property, other guests and the neighborhood. The house rules are sent at the time of reservation.
In particular:
• smoking inside the apartments is not allowed
• organizing parties or events is not allowed
• after 10:00 PM guests are required to respect quiet hours

Damage to the property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during the stay. Any damage may be charged.

Liability
The property is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay.

Changes and cancellations
The conditions for changes and cancellations depend on the rate selected at the time of booking and will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Force majeure
The property cannot be held responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure or unforeseen events beyond its control.

Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
